GENERAL:
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at anytime and
it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion
you use this website.
The
following terms and conditions apply to all the transaction in relation
to Carhifionline. Please read the following carefully and print a
copy for future reference. We treat each order as an offer by you to
purchase the products subject to terms and condition. The products and
where applicable services offered on our website are only within reason
of benefit to residents of the United Kingdom, Southern Ireland, Northern
Ireland and the Channel Islands. Please refer to our Delivery section
for further information.
PAYMENT
AND PRICES: We accept all major credit and debit cards, except
the American Express. If a customer wishes to pay by cheque, please
make the cheque payable to Carhifionline together with a covering
note stating what you intend to purchase, at what price and your contact
details including your telephone number and send it to the below address:

It
may take upto 14 working days for your cheque to clear, after which
your products shall be dispatched. All prices on our website are inclusive
of VAT but exclude the delivery costs, unless otherwise stated. Carhifionline are entitled to make any adjustments to the price to take
into account, any change in our supplier prices or the imposition of
any taxes or duties or if due to any errors the prices published for
the goods is incorrect.
When
ordering you must supply us with your exact billing address, Telephone
number and your email address, that your bank has on its file for you.
Your order will only be processed once your credit/debit card has been
authorized. Incorrect information will only cause delay in processing
your order.
DELIVERY:
We only deliver to the cardholder’s registered address
(as held by the credit card company). We may at our discretion, subject
to conditions, deliver to an alternative address provided that sufficient
information is given.
Our
aim is to deliver the products at your doorstep within 3 to 5 working days
from clearance of the payment in any case there is a slight delay with
your order which will be outside our control. Carhifionline will
not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused
by any delay to the delivery of the products. If a product that you
ordered is not in stock at the time, we will send you an email informing
you how soon we will be able to ship your goods. If you decide to cancel
the order provided that the parcel has not been dispatched, in that
case we will reimburse any payment you have made in respect of the product.
It is possible to track your parcel via Parcel-force by quoting your reference number.
RETURNS:
Carhifionline is committed to providing their customers
with the highest quality of products and services.In keeping our commitment
to providing you with the best service, we offer the following facilities:
•Unless
otherwise stated the manufacturer’s documentation, all goods supplied
or delivered to the UK mainland address carry a 12 month manufacturers
warranty.
•
The warranty shall not apply if the goods have been tampered with, altered
or damaged in any way by the customer, this also included connection
cables and wiring looms.
•
Please contact us on the following number: 087 01632842 between 10.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday before taking any action
as we may be able to resolve the specific problem over the phone or
give you advise on the appropriate action to take.
If
you are advised to return the goods to our fully equipped service department
they will endeavor to repair the goods within 14 working days. On the
receipt of the returned goods we will test to identify the fault that
you have notified us of. Provided that the goods are found faulty no
charge will be incurred, if following the testing process the product
is found to be in good working condition without any defect, we will
return the product back to you and you will be charged £35 plus
VAT in addition to the carriage cost which will be your responsibility.
However in certain circumstances due to the nature of the fault we may
need to send your product back to the manufacturers and may take longer
depending on the manufacturers turnaround time.
Alternatively
the goods can be taken to the local dealership that has an approved
service center for the manufacturer in question. However the turnaround
time may vary from our own, so please get some advice from the dealer
in charge.
If
you are returning the goods back to us please ensure that the equipment
is adequately packed and protected to prevent any damage to the products
in transit. It is your responsibility as a customer to make sure that
the parcel is adequately insured. Please make sure that when sending
the parcel back to us a copy of the proof of purchase with a full description
of the fault.
Please
make sure that a copy of the proof of purchase together with full description
of the fault is sent back with the parcel.
Please
note that proof of postage is not proof of delivery; thus use a reliable
and recognized courier.

REFUNDS:
Refunds for purchases from our store is made at the discretion of Carhifionline. The following conditions will apply if the goods are accepted
by us:

The purchases are returned to us unopened and in pristine condition
•
The goods are returned to us within 7 working days of purchase
•
If the above conditions are met, a handling fee of 20% or £20
plus VAT whichever one is greater will be deducted from the amount being
refunded. Alternatively the customer may opt for an exchange for a substitute
that has an equivalent or greater value without the handling fee.
ERRORS
& OMISSIONS: Every effort is made to ensure that all prices, images
and descriptions quoted or stated on the website are accurate. In the
event, a product listed is at an incorrect price we as Carhifionline
are entitled to void the order whether the order has been confirmed
or not. If your credit/debit card has already been charged, it is our
liability in that event will be limited to return any money the customer
has paid in respect of that order.
Goods
will be supplied subject to availability; if goods ordered are in any
case not available an alternative will be offered. However if the alternative
is not accepted by the customer we will make a full refund but we will
not be liable to compensate any losses arising from the supply of goods.
UNSOLICITED
EMAILS: It is not in our practice to displease our customers
with unsolicited emails, but we do occasionally send details of our
special offers. Thus, if you wish to be removed from our mailing list
then simply get in touch with us by either emailing or telephone and
we will remove your name from our mailing list which will usually be
done within 5-6 working days.

Customer information is never passed to any third parties.
All
prices include VAT at 17.5% and exclude carriage costs which are shown
at the checkout.
